Expressive Therapy Center
At the Expressive Therapy Center, Diana Sabados works with individuals of all ages providing assessment, individual and group art therapy and counseling, as well as parenting guidance and support. Home-Based Services
For children and adolescents who are unable to travel to a traditional office setting, such as those in recovery from medical illness or related procedures, we can provide the convenience and comfort of home-based art or music therapy services including assessment and individual therapy.

Supervision
Diana has provided art therapy supervision since 1999, including on-site supervision for art therapy graduate students as well as post-graduate supervision for professionals seeking their ATR-BC and on-going professional development. Supervision for individuals seeking a licence as a professional counselor is also available.

Consultation
Diana and Stephen provide art and music therapy consultation, workshops, trainings, and referrals upon request.

Rates
Rates vary dependent upon the service provided. Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Insurance
Some services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan for out-of-network providers. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions does my health insurance cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?
